A parcel lives about three days and arrives in volume, so we meter it as throughput — how many you track each month. Track a thousand, the counter resets, and next month starts fresh.
Freight · in flight
A container lives forty-five days and carries real money, so we meter it as concurrency — how many are on the water at once. Deliver one, and the slot frees up for the next booking.

Can I start on Parcel and upgrade later?+
That's the intended path. Most brands start with inbound parcel visibility and add Freight the day they book their first container — the upgrade applies immediately and everything you've tracked comes with you.
What happens if I go over my limits?+
Nothing breaks. Volume packs are available as add-ons — extra parcels, more active freight, additional seats or connected inboxes — and you can attach or remove them month to month.
Do viewer seats really cost nothing?+
Correct — read-only access for your customs broker, auditor, or 3PL is free on every plan. You only pay for seats that can change things.
Is there a contract?+
Month to month. Onboarding and data migration is available as a one-time service if you want us to load your open shipments and cost history with you.
