Built by operators, for operators

One dashboard. Every shipment. Full visibility.

Shipment status, landed cost, purchase orders, and inventory counts — tracked together instead of stitched together after the fact.

Where Lumin came from

Lumin came out of running imports day to day. Checking on a shipment meant three carrier portals, a search through broker emails for the paperwork, and a spreadsheet holding whatever was left. The number that mattered most — what a unit actually cost once duty, freight and fees landed — showed up weeks after the decisions that depended on it.

Every importer we talk to runs some version of that setup. The largest brands solve it with software that costs millions and takes months to install. Everyone else makes do.

So that's what we're building: one system that reads the paperwork, tracks the freight, and tells you your true landed cost while you can still do something about it.

Bryan Celis

Founder & CEO

Bryan has spent years across every facet of logistics. As Director of Logistics and Merchandising at a clothing brand, he managed vendors, warehouses, and freight across multiple countries, and saw firsthand how much time gets lost reconciling spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Building for operators, as an operator.

Anna spent five years as a software engineer at Meta, working on iOS and backend systems for Feed, Stories, and Reels — products serving billions of people. She now leads Lumin's engineering, building the systems that turn scattered shipment data into one real-time source of truth.

Our Mission

The problem, before it's a problem.

A late shipment, a cost overrun, a stock gap — they all leave warning signs. Lumin catches them the moment they appear, not after they've already cost you.

On every shipment, cost, and count — the moment it happens.

What We Believe

Four beliefs that guide our company.

01

Visibility isn't enough.

Knowing where a shipment is doesn't tell you what it costs you. Tracking, landed cost, and PO status have to live together — not in three different tools.

02

Operators should build for operators.

We've run vendors, warehouses, and freight ourselves. Every feature starts with a real operational headache, not a whiteboard idea.

03

A spreadsheet is not a system.

If updating your shipment status means copy-pasting into a tracker, it's not a system — it's a liability waiting on someone's memory.

04

Inventory drifts, even in a good system.

Miscounts, timing lags, and damage that never gets marked down are just part of running a warehouse. We reconcile against real shipment and PO data so those small drifts get caught before they turn into a stockout or a bad order.

Capture every shipment. Never lose the thread.

Get started with Lumin and stop reconstructing your supply chain from spreadsheets. One dashboard for every shipment, cost, and document — updated in real time.
